How to make Home made Mayonnaise
- 2 No Large Egg
- 1 cup Olive Oil (substitute with normal cooking oil too if required)
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper Powder (preferably white pepper powder)
- ½ teaspoon Mustard Paste
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
